Look what BalfourTools can do:

  • Organize and track the status of pages with the built-in Ladder.
  • Start a page from scratch or begin with a pre-designed Balfour Template.
  • Use any of the more than 250 templates and design elements from the Balfour Design Library to create stellar yearbook spreads. These predesigned elements include ads, info graphics, scoreboards, pull quotes, captions and copy designs.
  • Customize the Balfour Design Library by adding your own design elements.
  • Access images saved in the Project Folder or in any other location from the Image Palette. You can also drag and drop images onto layout spreads.

Look what else BalfourTools can do:

  • Manage your portrait information and flow portrait pages with the Portrait Manager.
  • Automatically index entries that match names in the Portrait Manager. When you run Create Index, BalfourTools will flow all marked entries onto the index document. It automatically will create new pages to accommodate all the index entries.
  • Leave notes for other staff members. Sticky Notes can be positioned anywhere on the page or pasteboard, resized and edited by other staff members.
  • Preflight, package or submit pages from the toolbar. You can submit source files or PDFs online or on disc.
  • Preview your spreads as an interactive ‘book’ using your web browser with the Book Previewer.
